A\u00a0trav\u00e9s de la Ventanilla \u00danica de Comercio\u00a0Exterior, las empresas con programa IMMEX est\u00e1n obligadas a presentar un informe anual sobre sus operaciones comerciales internacionales a la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda (SE).
El\u00a0plazo\u00a0de presentaci\u00f3n de informes\u00a0para operaciones de comercio exterior\u00a0en\u00a02022 est\u00e1 por\u00a0vencer;\u00a0ser\u00e1 el 31 de mayo de 2023.\u00a0A\u00a0partir del d\u00eda siguiente\u00a0(1\u00a0de\u00a0junio), quienes no presenten el informe requerido,\u00a0no podr\u00e1n\u00a0importar\u00a0temporalmente las mercanc\u00edas\u00a0o productos amparados por\u00a0el programa\u00a0IMMEX; su capacidad para hacerlo se suspender\u00e1\u00a0autom\u00e1ticamente hasta\u00a0que\u00a0cumplan con\u00a0el requisito.
El programa quedar\u00e1 definitivamente cancelado a partir del 1 de septiembre si dichas\u00a0empresas\u00a0no lo exhiben antes del\u00a031 de agosto (arts. 24,\u00a0fracci\u00f3n I, 25 del\u00a0Decreto IMMEX y regla\u00a03.2. 16.\u00a0Reglas y Criterios\u00a0Generales\u00a0en Materia de Comercio\u00a0Exterior, Acuerdo por la que expide el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda).<\/strong> (Vega, 2023)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
